A colourful and well drawn Marash Yastik dating back to the 1950’s.

Made with lovely natural wool on wool, with a mixture of chichim and plain kilim techniques, with a wonderful tight weave. Its is bold and rich in colour, derived from vegetable dyes. In very good condition this piece is suitable for general use.

With all our handmade rugs, we recommend using a non-slip underlay, whether it will be placed on hard flooring or on wall to wall carpet, to stop the rug moving about. This can be purchased from us for £25 per linear meter (width 180cm)
