A most glorious Tibetan piece dating back to the 19th century.

Made from natural wool on a wool foundation and dyed with all vegetable dyes this amazing little rug speaks for itself. The Swastika (note 4 featured) is an ancient Buddhist symbol. It means eternal happiness.

In fantastic condition for its age this rug is suitable for normal/traditional domestic use.

With all our handmade rugs, we recommend using a non-slip underlay, whether it will be placed on hard flooring or on wall to wall carpet, to stop the rug moving about. This can be purchased from us for £25 per linear meter (width 180cm)
