A bold and beautiful 1920’s Afghan Ersari in perfect condition.

Wool on wool, with 3 beautifully designed rows surrounded by a simple strong border, its striking colour derived from all vegetable dyes.

The wool is of fantastic quality, hand spun giving it a luscious feel. In perfect condition this antique rug is suitable for normal domestic use.

With all our handmade rugs, we recommend using a non-slip underlay, whether it will be placed on hard flooring or on wall to wall carpet, to stop the rug moving about. This can be purchased from us for £25 per linear meter (width 180cm)

All our rugs are dusted and professionally hand washed at our specialist premises, ready for use.
