Made from wonderful natural wool on a wool foundation giving a feeling of depth and softness.

A very well drawn rug with atypical rich bold red colouring, lovely green sprays highlighting the details, everlasting warm colours are created by all natural vegetable dyes.

In fantastic condition this gorgeous antique Afghan carpet would furnish any room gracefully, suitable for normal domestic use.

With all our handmade rugs, we recommend using a non-slip underlay, whether it will be placed on hard flooring or on wall to wall carpet, to stop the rug moving about. This can be purchased from us for £25 per linear meter (width 180cm)
